KETTLE HILLS GOLF FITNESS PROGRAM

Golf Fitness will increase golf performance by improving range of motion, balance, flexibility, strength and power. Classes will be taught by Tina Schultz, a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Golf Fitness Specialist.

Classes will begin June 5th.  Classes will not meet during the US Open:  June 12 – 18.

Her passion in life is helping others improve their fitness and achieve their goals. After her husband introduced her to the game of golf, they began competing for the days bragging rights while enjoying being outside on the beautiful golf courses. Tina decided to combine her love of golf and her passion for fitness by becoming certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in March of 2017 as a Golf Fitness Specialist to teach flexibility, balance, core stability, strength, power, body awareness and endurance that golfers use for performance and prevention of injury.
