TEE TIMES
Tee time outings are a per person rate and include green fees, golf cart, registration tables, event markers, scoring sheets and a $1.00 per person credit in the form of a gift certificate for pro shop merchandise. Additional outing packages can be customized to meet individual needs.
SHOTGUN STARTS- New Format & Pricing!
Shotgun outings are a per person rate and include green fees, golf cart with personalized name plates, range balls, event markers, registration tables and scoring sheets. Also included is a $1.00 per person merchandise credit in the form of a gift certificate ($100.00 maximum) for use in the pro shop.
An 18-hole shotgun can accommodate up to 144 golfers with a minimum of 72 golfers on a weekday or 100 golfers on a weekend. Shotgun starts will be set up with two groups per tee except on the par 3's (example: 72 players will start on ten holes). Outings with less than 100 players may not have the course completely to themselves. Kettle Hills will assign starting holes to smaller shotguns. Eighteen-hole shotgun outings are allotted five hours to finish their round.
Nine-hole shotguns can accommodate up to 72 golfers.

***Some group outings choose to use both 18-hole courses with tee time outings. For medium sized groups, this cuts the finish time in half. Golfers can tee off on both the Ponds/Woods and the Valley at the same time.
BOOK YOUR OUTING
Verify date, course, time, number of players and food and beverage packages with Kettle Hills. A contract will be sent through the mail.
DEPOSIT
A deposit is due 30 days after the contract is received. Tee time outings require a 20% deposit and and shotgun outings require a $1000 deposit. Please send or drop off your deposit in check or cash form along with a copy of the signed contract.
FINAL PAYMENT
A final payment with the remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the outing along with a final count of golfers. At this time the tee sheets open up to the general public and adjustments in the number of players will be worked around the public. Final payments should be paid by cash or check.

IN-HOUSE FOOD OPTIONS
Lunch Package:
$8.00 includes a sandwich, snack and domestic beverage.
(sandwich options: brat, hot dog, Italian or Polish sausage, ham or turkey sandwich)

For outings that eat in the banquet area, food packages can be a combination of the following:

Outings are welcome to bring in a caterer of their choice. There are a few caterers that come often to Kettle Hills. Catering choices range from pig roasts, family-style buffets, grill-outs to theme parties. Suggested caterers are:

BEVERAGE OPTIONS
Tabs: Open tabs or tickets to regulate the number of beverages per person are available. Beverage tabs are also customized to the customer's wishes. Gratuity is not included in any tabs or tickets.
